Description: | An effective method for the synthesis of previously unknown vicinal phosphane aldehydes based on pyrroles was developed. It allowed us to prepare a set of novel imino phosphane ligands and vary their properties depending on demands. Based on the prepared vicinal phosphane aldehydes bidentate P, N chiral ligands were synthesized. These can chelate transition metals and serve as catalysts for various asymmetric processes. Novel mesoporous silicon МСМ-41 featuring immobilized enantiomerically pure pyrrolyl imino phosphane ligand capable for coordinating to transition metals was prepared. It is a nano-sized ligand for a set of coupling reactions including asymmetric ones. |
Technical advantages: | Previously unknown optically active bidentate ligands with P and N donor atoms capable for chelating to transition metal which are catalysts for many asymmetric processes were synthesized. Immobilization of the synthesized pyrrolyl imino phosphine P, N-ligands on the surface of nano-sized Silicon MCM-41 allowed us to create efficient nano-sized catalysts, which can greatly increase the efficiency, environmental friendliness and efficiency of chemical processes, especially asymmetric ones.

The economic benefits: | As a result, the program effective heterogeneous imino phosphine catalysts coated on the surface of nano-sized silicon surface which can be easily separated from the reaction products and recycled. Using the obtained nano-sized catalysts significantly improve the efficiency, environmental friendliness and efficiency of chemical processes, especially asymmetric ones. |
