Title: | Microwave dielectric composite material based on barium titanate and barium samarium |
Type of product: | Improving the quality of products |
Description: | Obtained new microwave dielectric composite materials based on barium titanate and barium samarium titanate simultaneously with high values of the dielectric constant (e) and Q-factor. |
Technical advantages: | Due to the complementary contribution to the dielectric parameters of composite material of two crystalline phases Ba6-Sm8+2x/3Ti18O54 and BaTi4O9 is an increase in the electrical quality factor and temperature compensation dielectric parameters of microwave dielectrics. It provides a thermostable materials with high dielectric constant (e = 60-70), haracterized by twice as large compared to barium titanate samarium quality factor (Qхf = 15000 -20000 GHz). |
The economic benefits: | Production resonant filter elements and generation telecommunication devices, cellular, microwave, radio navigation and radar communication systems, developed on the basis of the composite dielectric material, will significantly reduce resources consumption by reducing the number of expensive rare earth metal oxides. |
The impact on the environment. Environment: | Production of composite dielectric materials by solid-phase reactions are quite environmentally friendly. The resulting resonant elements of communication and not a threat to the environment. |
