015 1. Physics of nanostructures Purpose:The development of new multilayer nonostructures of one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystals for applications in magnetooptical devices and to reveal new magnetic, magnetooptical and magnetodynamic properties of photonic and magnonic crystals Expected results:Other (to increase production, improve working conditions, environmental improvement, energy savings, material savings, reduced equipment wear, increase productivity, improve efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, etc.) Stage 1:Synthesis of magnetooptical layers of ferrite-garnets and study of their physical characteristics Stage 2:Synthesis and investigation of physical properties of nanodimensional layers of bithmuth ferrite-garnets and nonmagnetic layers Stage 3:The development of regimes of the synthesis of nanosize structures of one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystals on different substrates Stage 4:The development of technological regimes of the preparation of multilayer nanodimensional structures of periodic and microresonator types Stage 5:Preparation and tests of experimental samples of nanodimensional structures of magnetophotonic crystals
