The full-scale Russian invasion negatively affects all spheres of life, including Ukrainian education and the development of science. At the same time, these challenges have become a catalyst for the rapid development of drone technologies and robotic systems, stimulating creativity and bold decisions in the field of innovation.

Even in wartime, Ukraine is seeking new formats of international cooperation and innovative solutions for the future.

During participation in the world's largest festival TEKNOFEST in Istanbul, the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine launched a project to create a Center for Aviation and Space Technologies for children and youth in Ukraine, together with the legendary company Baykar and the Turkish Technology Development Foundation T3, who are founders and co-organizers of the TEKNOFEST festival. The Center is to become a hub of STEM education that will not only develop innovative competencies among youth but also deepen scientific partnership between Ukraine and Turkey.

Details about this were shared in an interview with Ukrinform by the president of the National Center "Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine," academician of the NAS of Ukraine Stanislav Dovhyi.
