Today the world stands on the threshold of a new era of global transformations: the positions of countries with authoritarian and democratic regimes are changing. International unions and alliances are also undergoing serious transformations. These processes are taking place against the backdrop of political changes in the USA and Europe, economic challenges, the struggle for leadership among leading countries, and military conflicts, the largest of which is the war in Ukraine.
