Sociologists continue to analyze how the full-scale Russian invasion and related events of the past more than two years have changed Ukrainians, their views on life and the future, and their attitude towards the state. Sergii Dembitskyi, Deputy Director for Scientific Work at the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine and Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine, in an interview for the program "About Science. Competently" (hosted by NAS of Ukraine Academician Volodymyr Semynozhenko), specifically for the website of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, spoke about the dynamics of Ukrainians' views on the role of the state during the war—based on the results of new surveys, primarily this year's sociological monitoring "Ukrainian Society."
