The award "For scientific achievements" is one of the highest personal departmental awards for outstanding achievements in the development of fundamental and exemplary scientific research, increasing the international authority of domestic science and its leading schools, implementing the social and economic policy of the state, developing and implementing new scientific solutions, effective technologies and strengthening the scientific and technical potential of Ukraine with significant gains. The award is awarded to scientific workers of institutions and organizations of the NAS of Ukraine who have achieved significant success in their respective fields of activity.
