Summary:The main results of investigation of modern ecological state of marine shelf ecosystems under strong antropogenic influence and estimates of the real opportunities to control a water quality obtained by means of numerical methods of mathematical modelling of natural processes in marine environment have been shown in this work.A proposed model has been used as an instrument aimed to predict ecological consequences, estimates of practicability and efficiencyof various sorts of management solutions to save and to improve the water quality of marine objects under investigation.
